Shipping Policy

All orders come with a tracking link and number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched. It may take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be updated.

 

Once you receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, please allow the following number of days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive:

 

  • Australia: 2-21 business days
  • United States: 7-21 business days
  • Canada: 7-21 business days
  • New Zealand: 7-21 business days
  • Asia: 7-21 business days
  • Europe: 7-21 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Will I have to pay taxes and duties?

It’s important to note that once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit? 

We will replace packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages or any address and order errors made by the customer.

 

*We currently do not ship to Mexico, Portugal, Guatemala, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen & Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services.
